Erica Conti first graduated at Università degli Studi di Milano in German and Russian studies. Then, she pursued a master’s degree in Linguistics at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, where she also worked as a student research assistant at RUEG: Research Unit “Emerging Grammars in Language Contact Situations”.
As an MGK fellow, Erica will be associated with CRC1412 project C07: “Register perception in a multilingual context of German: Differentiation, awareness, and attitudes”. Following from the findings of her master’s thesis she will explore German left dislocations in language contact situations with a special focus on register use.”
